As a post-menopausal woman, I understand all too well the frustration of an unruly brain that won’t let me get a good night’s sleep. Traditional methods haven’t proved entirely effective, so I’ve come up with creative tools and systems to manage my sleep issues.

With a background in both creative arts and social sciences, I bring an eclectic and unique perspective to addressing the challenges and pain faced by women in midlife.
